Reminiscing, LRB - Jerlita
Friday night, it was late
I was walking you home
We got down to the gate
And I was dreaming of the night
Would it turn out right?
Jeremie sat on his bed as he remembered to himself the first night Aelita spent on Earth. They'd walked around town, and it was a lot of fun. It was actually the closest thing to a date Jeremie had ever had in his life. Until about a few months ago, that is. Jeremie had actually gotten the nerve to ask Aelita on a date. Aelita was shocked, but euphoric, as were the other three friends in their group.
How to tell you, girl
I wanna build my world around you
Tell you that it's true
I wanna make you understand

She reached her dorm and slipped inside, resisting the urge to slam the door, instead willing herself to simply disappear, because that seemed the simplest option. She sat on her bed and stared down at her hands which were folded in her lap, feeling stupid. She should've known better. There was no excuse
This definitely wasn't
Aah! Aelita screamed. She whipped out her cell phone and pressed 1 on her speed dial. The phone rang once before a worried voice answered the phone. Aelita! Was that scream you?! Jeremie responded. Yes! replied a frightened Aelita. Whats wrong?! Even more worried than before. Its just horrible! Please come up and help me! Aelita screamed into the phone squishing herself into a corner.
She heard a door open and slam shut, then footsteps running down the hall, a muffled Slow down Belpois! Wheres the fire? -most likely from Jim- footsteps running up stairs
